As a 41-year resident of Deerfield Beach, I have served my community in various positions, including as a Board Member and Vice President of The Gates of Hillsboro for 28 years. I am the current Chairman of The Deerfield Beach Planning and Zoning Board and a Mayoral Appointee for the past 10 years. 

My vision for the City is multifaceted. 

I am for the development of Pioneer Grove. Our City needs a downtown renovation to attract business, tourism, and tax revenue. I envision City shuttles and a Freebie ride system to transport people to the Beach, rail systems, and airports, making DFB a 1st class destination. 

I will work closely with our Community Redevelopment Agency to ensure it fulfills its mission to encourage public and private investments in redevelopment areas and that funds are spent wisely. 

As your current Chairman, I've had excellent relationships with Department Heads and City Officials. I understand how Ordinances, Resolutions, and Zoning are discussed and voted on.  

I am a huge supporter of BSO Police and Firefighters. For the health and safety of residents and tourists, I support funding for Community Policing over and above regular patrolling.  

Above all, I will always make the residents' concerns a priority. As a resident, I understand we must have efficient essential city services for water, sewer, and trash pickup.  

There are numerous public outreach programs that need to be communicated to the public effectively. I will have quarterly in-person meetings with residents and be available by phone. 

Since 1986, I have been a small business owner earning a Florida Property and Casualty, Series 6 and Series 26 Principal Licenses. My experience helping Families plan their financial future will help me watch over the City's Budget and expenditures. 

Deerfield Beach is approaching its Centennial in 2025. We need to finish the renovation of our World Famous Pier and have a celebration befitting of our rich history.  

If elected, I will give our City and you my full-time attention.
